WHAT IF I SLEEP ON MY BACK?
…While Cube Pillow products were specifically designed for side sleepers, we have heard from some side/back sleepers that they enjoy them too! Our other pillows, such as the Wave and Wave Gel pillows, are intended for side, back or stomach sleepers.
WHAT SIZE CUBE PILLOW DO I NEED?
Most people prefer the Standard 5″ size pillow, or for shorter or narrow shoulders the thinner 4″ cube would work best.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
Our processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery is expected (but not guaranteed) within 5 to 7 business days.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently only ship within the United States.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Check your email. We will email updates as we process your order, including carrier tracking details for shipped orders. Check your Promotions and/or Spam folders if you did not receive one. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after your item ships. You can also check the status of an order at any time by logging into your account at the top right of bedzing.com. The majority of our orders are sent using USPS. If you did not receive your order number via email within 48 hours of purchase, please contact customer service.
WHY IS THE PILLOW ROLLED UP?
Gently remove the plastic covering and once the seal is broken, watch the magic! Your pillow is compressed for shipping and will start to expand before your very eyes.
It can take 24-48 hours for the foam to fully expand. It is best to remove the quilted/ice cube cover from the pillow during this time. If you have waited 24-48 hours for the foam to expand and it is still not expanded please email our customer support. Please include a picture of the foam and we can get your pillow exchanged fast!
CAN I WASH MY PILLOW?
The foam core of your pillow is NOT washable. Memory foam does NOT like water.
