While most people notice an immediate benefit when using our comfy pillows, some find that it takes a few nights of sleeping on our comfy pillows to get used to the new size, shape, and support. If you can, try sleeping on it for a week, and see how things go.

If it still is uncomfortable, you can get a refund up to 60 nights after purchase.

WRONG SIZE? If the size you got didn’t work for you try going up or down a size.

Cube Pillow 5″ standard, or shorter or very narrow shoulders the 4″ thin cube. 

If the size you got didn’t quite align your spine we are happy to EXCHANGE your pillow for you.

If after applying these troubleshooting tips you have determined that you still need to return or exchange your pillow, please send us an email with your contact/ordering information to begin your return.

Please note: You’ll need your zip code/email used to purchase. You may request an exchange or a refund within 60 nights of your initial purchase.

There is a $15 return shipping fee.

Additionally, there is a 15% processing fee when you select refund back to Original Payment Method.

This can be avoided if you do an exchange or select store credit.
