Thank you for shopping with Bedzing Pillows. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 1 business day.

You'll receive an automated tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All domestic orders are fulfilled and dispatched from US fulfillment centers. Standard delivery arrives at your door within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all pillows.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow its transit. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Free returns

We offer free returns subject to our Refund policy, including its eligibility requirements and exclusions. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please request a return before sending items back.

To request a return, open your order using the “View your order” link in your delivery email, then select “Return items.” Alternatively, contact us at info@bedzing.com.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
