I wanted to try this pillow to test for neck and shoulder pain. I have used the pillow over multiple consecutive days. In this short time, I have woken up less with arm numbness and decreased neck pain. I still wake up 1-2 times a night but I am able to quickly fall back asleep. What I like best about this pillow is how my body feels more aligned and I do not toss and turn as much!

Excellent pillow! I slept soundly the very first night and didn't need any time to get used to it. I’m a 5’6” woman with average width shoulders and the thin size was a great fit me for. The memory foam holds its shape and provides enough support that I no longer need to stack multiple pillows to get proper neck alignment. Comfortable, supportive, and well worth the purchase for size sleepers!

The pillow is soft and flexible to rise back up after laying on it so it doesn’t get flat which is a bonus because i needed a durable soft pillow that didn’t flatten after a while
